Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Of course Saul is going to be jealous with David. Here is this young man who is a threat to Saul, and the people seem to love him so much. I think, to a certain extent, we can all understand why Saul is feeling the way he does. But I hope none of us go quite as far. Part of being children of God means we celebrate with others when they receive a blessing from God. We are not supposed to harbor resentment toward them. We should all rejoice together for all of the wonderful things God does for all of us. God bless you,
