Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
We can see here that things are not looking too good with Saul as king. It was almost immediate; from the time he 'took office' Saul was not quite what the people had in mind for themselves. About this time I can imagine most of them thinking 'what were we thinking, we should have gone with God.' In point of fact it's true, they should have gone with God. With God anything is better. Imagine what your life would be like without God. Pretty scary isn't it? I shudder to think what any of us would do if we did not have God in our lives. Remember, no matter how good you think it may look on the other side, stick with God. Life is infinitely better with him. God bless you,
