Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
David loses one of the things he is most noted for: his trust in God. David, fearing for his life goes to live with the Philistines. We can all understand David's fear. From his point of view it's only a matter of time before Saul kills him, so he must go and hide. But David is forgetting something very important: in all situations we are supposed to trust in God. No matter what happens to us we are supposed to trust in the Lord with all our hearts, knowing that he will take care of us. God bless you,
