Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Could the disciples have performed this miracle? Is that what Jesus means when he tells them to give the people something to eat? I think so. At other times Jesus tells his disciples to do things that they will not do because they do not believe they can. 'Oh ye of little faith,' is one of Jesus' 'catch phrases' throughout the gospels. So many times we look at the miracles of Jesus and see his power and glory. What we should be thinking is what we can do as well. Jesus tells us if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we can move mountains. He really means this. If we have faith amazing things can happen. God bless you.
