Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Handpicked by Jesus, these 12 men were supposed to be the ones to carry on Jesus' ministry when Jesus was no longer around. I have news for you, they are not the only ones handpicked for the job. All of us are called, by name, by Jesus, to continue his ministry. We have all been called into Christ's service, and we all need to get busy doing it. The disciples worked hard, we need to as well, to make sure Jesus is known to everyone in the world. Is that a tall order? Perhaps, but we can start with our neighborhood, our very own street. We have been called by name. Let's get to work. God bless you.
