Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Disney movie 'Remember the Titans' Herman Boone (portrayed by Denzel Washington) gives a speech to his football players about the American Civil War and how destructive it was for the nation. He says to the team, which is struggling at the time, 'if we don't come together we, too, will be destroyed, just like they [the soldiers who died at the Battle of Gettysburg] were.' I think this has significance for the church. We are divided, and if we do not find a way to come together this house, as Jesus calls it, will be destroyed. God bless you.
