Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jacob just cannot get along with anyone, even the Lord. The lesson I think we can learn from Jacon here is not to wrestle with God. Sometimes our own desires come through and we decided we want to follow those instead of following God's will. Sometimes we wrestle with God. In the end our lives will be much better if we simply follow God's will and not our own. Do not wrestle with God. Instead listen to God and follow his will alone. God bless you,
