Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Of all his sons Jacob loved Joseph the most. As a result of this Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers. There is danger in showing favoritism. One of the greatest blessings we have received from God is that God loves all of us equally. We are all God's children and God loves all of his children the same. Perhaps Jacob would have been saved a little heartache had he not loved Joseph the most. Perhaps Joseph would have been saved a horrible life had Jacob not loved him the most. We don't have to worry about God loving someone else more than he loves us. God loves all of his children equally. God bless you,
