Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
This may be one of the darkest stories in the entire Bible, but it may also be one of the most joyous. It is dark because God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son in the first place. But it is joyous because when we read this story we ought to remember that God sacrificed his one and only son that we might be forgiven of our sins. Through the grace of God all of us have received salvation from the bonds of sin. Praise be to God our Father and Jesus our Savior for wiping all of our sins away. God bless you,
