Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God's will has a way of happening whether we want it to or not. Ultimately, God is in control of the world, and all that is in it. Sometimes, God allows us that freedom we so desperately want, but at other times God has a will for and that is what will happen in our lives. Ahab did not want, or really expect, to die like this, but he did. What happened to Ahab may not happen to us, but in Ahab's life, and death, we are reminded that God has a plan for us, and that God's plans always seem to have a way of happening. God bless you.
