Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God never stops working. Baasha created a great power for himself. He tried to get rid of many of his enemies so he had nothing to worry about. However, the one person he was not able to get rid of was God. God continued to work in Israel and eventually removed Bassha from power. We might think God is gone, that he is done with the world. We might think we do not have to worry about God anymore. We would be wrong to think these things. No matter what we do, where we go, or how much power we think we have, God is always there and working. God bless you.
