Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Abijah continued the sins of his father, Rehoboam. In this is a reminder for us to raise the children of the world in faith. Whether it is our own children, or children in spirit we need to make sure they have a life in the church. The best way to do this is by example. Children watch their parents and learn from their example. With that in mind we should continue to set the example our children need: the example of living a life of faith. Abijah followed his father's example of sin. We need to set the example of faith for our children, an example they can follow. God bless you.
