Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus is saying here, 'my disciples should celebrate, for their Lord is with them.' Those words apply to us as well. We should celebrate, for Jesus is with us. He may not be here in body, but in Spirit we are eternally surrounded by the Holy Spirit. Jesus is with us, which gives us reason to rejoice and be glad. We do not need to fast as a sign of mourning. Rather, we should celebrate, for the Lord is with us, always. God bless you.
