Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
And just like that, Jesus is here. Our salvation is here. The bad news, for Mary, Joseph, and Jesus, is that there is no room. Bethlehem is crowded and there is nowhere for Mary and Joseph to stay. In a troubled world there was no room for the Son of God to be born. Are things very different now? Do we make room for Jesus on a daily basis. We are so busy with so many things that Jesus often ends up getting pushed to the side. We need to make room for Jesus. Some of the Israelites did not make room for Jesus, and they missed out on so much. Our lives will be infinitely better if we just make a little more room for Jesus.
