Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God speaks in many ways. With Mary he uses an angel, but with others he may use something, or someone, different. God speaks, and we need to listen. It is not always easy to hear God because he speaks in so many different ways, but at all times we need to simply keep our ears open for the ways God can speak to us. Jesus tells us to be alert as we wait for him to return, but we also need to be alert as we wait for God to speak. He may send you an angel, but he may send you someone else: a neighbor, a friend, a family member, someone who think of as an enemy. God will speak. Listen. God bless you.
