Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God rewards faithfulness. Abraham is viewed as a faithful person. At a word from the Lord Abraham left his home, family, and everything else he knew and loved, in order to follow the call of the Lord. He was rewarded through having many descendants. Abraham always believed that the Lord was going to give him, and Sarah, a child, and God rewarded Abraham's faith. Abraham, in his great faith, was going to sacrifice his son, and the Lord rewarded his faith by preventing that from happening. Abraham had great faith, and God rewarded his faith. We are blessed in the same way. If we have faith in God, if we trust him, he will reward our faithfulness. God bless you.
