Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Worship is a time for worship, I think is what Paul is trying to say here. This is a place, and a time, when we are allowed, if not encouraged, to let go of the things that trouble us in the world. During worship we are blessed with the opportunity to be in the house, and presence, of the Lord; we are blessed with the opportunity to sing, to pray, to read and study God's word. During this time we are blessed with the opportunity to worship the Lord. Everything else should temporarily fade away during this time. This time of worship should be devoted to worship.
