Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
This passage warns against the dangers of leaving God's path. If or when that happens side effects occur, side effects which will leave the person in bad shape. This is a simple message, with a simple point: If you stay on God's path everything will work our just fine; if you leave God's path things will not be fine. God bless you.
