Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
What a joy it is to lead someone to a life of faith. In this saying we get the sense that a father has led his son to wisdom, which serves as a reminder to us how blessed we are to be able to bring someone to faith in Jesus. We 'get' to lead people to Christ, we don't 'have' to. Our hearts should be glad when someone finds faith. They will come to know the same joy and peace we know. Their lives will be saved. If that isn't the proper motivation for evangelism then I don't know what is. God bless you.
