This passage almost reads like a 'who's who' of God's acts of love toward the Israelites. God has done so much for them, and the Israelites take this time to thank God, and praise him for all he has done. This is what Sunday morning worship is all about for us. We gather in God's house to praise him for all he has done. This means we leave behind all the things of this world. All of our cares, concerns, burdens, angers, frustrations, etc need to be left behind so we can rest in God's presence, so we can worship him with all our hearts. Next time you go to worship make sure you make time, and effort, for worship. God bless you.
