Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Old Testament Lesson for Sunday is From 1 Samuel 16: 1-12, in which Samuel anoints David as King of Israel. The New Testament Lesson is from Mark 3: 13-19, in which Jesus calls the twelve disciples. The sermon is titled 'Umm, what?' and will focus on the fact that while we may not always understand what God is doing we can trust God anyway. I hope to see you all in church on Sunday.
