Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
What instructions do you give your children? David says a number of things here, but one that stands out more than the others is what David says about being obedient: "Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses." David is about to die and he shares with his son what he thinks is most important. We should always share with our children and others around us the importance of following God's will. We need to share with them how important it is to live a life of faith. David encouraged his son to live a faithful life. We should do the same. God bless you.
