Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
We should take everything to the Lord. He is the true ruler of the world, it is he who judges. Paul is saying we ought to not trust in human beings when it comes to matters of judgment. Rather, we should trust in God, as he is the only one who is holy and perfect in every way, and being holy and perfect only God can hand down a perfect judgment, one free from subjective thoughts. Through prayer we ought to ask for God's guidance and direction when it comes to things like this. We need to follow God, as his judgements are perfect. God bless you.
