Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
The key word here is 'predicted.' God not make the Israelites rebel, but he knew they would. That, surprising though it seems, is good news. God takes the time to get to know us. He does not make us do things, but he knows us well enough to know what we are going to think, so, say, etc. We have a personal relationship with God. He loves us enough that he wants to know who we are and what we feel. God knows us intimately, and that is good news for us. God bless you.
