Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
The woman went to the tomb and they found it empty. That empty tomb filled their hearts with fear, which is why they ran away. When the dist settled the hearts of the women, and the hearts of the disciples, were filled with joy and peace. They knew Jesus had risen, which gave them hope beyond all hope. We can share in that hope. Jesus is risen, which means for us that we, too, will rise to new life. Jesus' resurrection foreshadows our own resurrection, when we will be brought to a new and glorious life in heaven. Christ is Risen! Believe the good news. God bless you.
