Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Sing with joy for the blessings God has given his children. That is a pretty good summation of this Psalm, but also serves a reminder of what we should be doing with our time. God has blessed in so many ways. Children of God (us) are are called to look back, to review, over our lives and remember the ways in which God has blessed us. Children of God (us, still) are also called to rejoice for those blessings. Remember God's blessings and celebrate them with joyful hearts. God bless you.
