Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God speaks. Notice that I say that in the present tense; God speaks. God spoke in the past to Israel; he spoke through the Prophets; he spoke through Jesus. But God still speaks now. Even now God is speaking to us. He tells us what to do; he gives us comfort; he tells us what we need to know for our lives and our journeys of faith. God still speaks. We need to open our ears so we can hear the words he is saying to us. It is not always easy to hear God's voice. He gets drowned out by the rest of the world; he gets silenced by our own voices who do not always want to listen. We need to open our ears that we would hear the word of God coming to us. God is still speaking. Are you listening? God bless you.
