Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
There is a new covenant, a covenant in which the children of God will be forgiven their sins, a covenant in which God will never leave us nor forsake us. The letter to the Hebrews says that God turned from Israel when they turned from him. That is not going to happen anymore. God, in the new covenant, has made the promise that he will always be with his people. This is done through Jesus, our High Priest. Through the ministry of Jesus, specifically his death on the cross, our sins are wiped away, making forever secure God's presence in our lives. From the new covenant we have the promise that God will never leave us or forsake us. God bless you,
