Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Wisdom comes from God. This is something Solomon knows, and he wants to be a wise and faithful king. But he also knows he will not be able to do this by himself. He knows he needs God's help to be a wise and faithful king. We need to be wise and faithful people, but we cannot do this by ourselves. We need God's help. We need to come to God in prayer, asking for God's assistance to be the people he wants us to be. Like Solomon we all desire to be wise and faithful. We need God's help in achieving this. Ask and you shall receive. God bless you.
