Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
There is communal grace, as well as individual grace. Moses broke the first set of tablets, which God was not too happy about. However, God showed Moses some grace and spoke through him again to the Israelites. Israel had made the golden calf and God forgave them. Moses, in his anger, smashed the commandments, and God forgave him. Jesus came to save the world from sin, but he also came to save us individually as well. God's grace is for the world, but it is also a personal salvation. The entire world has been saved by Jesus, and so have you. God bless you.
