Deuteronomy 33: 1-29; Moses Blesses the Tribes

Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.

Moses' life is winding down, as his ministry of leading the Israelites. One of his last acts is to bless the people he has been leading for all these years. Moses recognizes that the Israelites are God's children, his brothers and sisters. These are the same Israelites who built a golden calf, who wanted to turn back and return to Egypt, who wanted to abandon Moses as he was talking to God. At times Moses was very angry with the Israelites, but now he has forgotten his anger and sees these people as his brothers and sisters. We should remember to see each other as brothers and sisters in Christ. We have many differences, but we all share the same faith; we all share the same relationship with God. We are brothers and sisters. We need to remember that and treat each other as such. God bless you.
