Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus has a family, and we are members of that family. Jesus tells us that here in this passage: 'whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother.' We all follow God's will everyday, and because of that we are named as Jesus' family. That means we are entitled to the same blessings to which Jesus is entitled: salvation, eternal life, a place in heaven, a personal relationship with God. Since we are Jesus' brothers and sisters we are blessed with his same inheritance. That is reason for us to celebrate, that we have received many blessings through being named as Christ's family.
