Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Today is Epiphany, the day on which we remember and celebrate the visit of the wise man. Epiphany is a part of the Christmas season and story, and in today's passage we find Jesus predicting his death. Christmas and Epiphany are sad seasons to a certain extent because as we celebrate the birth of Christ we cannot help but remember the suffering Christ endured for our sake. As you read these words of Christ remember that they came true. Remember that Jesus died on the cross that we all might have life in us. God bless you.
