Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
God instituted a special relationship with Israel. He brought them out of the land of Egypt and eventually to the Promised Land. This relationship was supposed to be two-sided, with Israel keeping up their part. Over time, though, they failed to do so and the relationship became strained. God has established a relationship with us, through his son Jesus Christ. God takes care of us, and we are supposed to do everything God wants. Our relationship with God calls for responsibility on our part. We need to ask ourselves every day what we can, and should, do to make sure we are keeping our part of the bargain. What can you do to please God today? God bless you.
