Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
It is always better to hear something said out loud by someone else. The Israelites had been given the promise that they would be delivered from Sennacherib, but to hear Isaiah, the great prophet, talk about it filled them with such hope and peace. In this passage we are reminded of the necessity to surround ourselves with brothers and sisters in Christ. In so doing we receive the hope and encouragement we might sometimes need. God is good, and he loves us so much. And in his love for us he has given us each other. However you choose to do it make sure you are a part of the body of Christ. It can help more than you know.
