Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is a psalm of worship. In this Psalm God is described, and worshiped in a very wonderful and beautiful way. Praising God means, in part, confessing who God is, what he is like. God is powerful, he is mighty. God created the heavens and the earth. He laid the foundation for the mountains. He makes the rivers flow. These are words of confession and praise. We are given the blessing of asking God for things, but we also need to be sure we spend time praising God, worshiping God for who he is and what he has done for us. Oh worship the King.
